Tri-Boro Sportsmen can accommodate many of your hall rental needs in our indoor outdoor facility. Enjoy the piece of mind of renting a space at a reasonable rate that can be used both outdoors and indoors in the event of inclement weather. Our hall rental prices include setup, cleaning, and garbage removal. Also included are 2 hours of decoration time, 5 hours of event time and 1 hour to clean up after the event. You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have alcohol at your party, we must provide it as well as the bartender to serve it. The Basics

The Hall costs $300 to rent for 5 hours for your event. You are permitted to enter 2-3 hours ahead of time to decorate and you have an hour afterward to remove your personal belongings. Everyone must be out of the building by 11PM. We will set up the tables, chairs, a food serving area, cake table, and gift tables and chairs for you. We provide plastic tablecloths on the our rectangle tables at no extra charge. We can also provide linens for our round or rectangle tables at $7 per table in black or white. Guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by Tri-Boro Sportsmen. Anyone found to be bringing their own alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave and no payments will be refunded. Our bartenders must serve the alcoholic beverages. Use of the kitchen is not permitted, however cold storage, microwaves, and the sink are allowed to be used. Cleanup is handled by Tri-Boro Sportsmen within reason. All tabletops and decorations as well as personal items should be removed. Tri-Boro will sweep and wash the floors, and remove the garbage. Excessive cleanup will result in additional charges.
Catering
Tri-Boro Offers a wide array of foods to meet the needs of just about any event. We offer several all inclusive packages that can acoommodate most needs or we can customize a menu for your specific party. The package pricing includes everything including labor, gratuity, cleaning, and dinner ware. The only thing we won't do is decorate! FAQ

Can we bring our own alcohol? No. Do you rent tables and chairs? The tables and chairs are included in the hall rental. We do not rent tables and chairs to leave the property. Do you provide ice? Yes, you do not need to purchase ice, you can take what you need within reason from our ice machine. Do we need a bartender? If there is alcohol at your party, yes. If you only have a few people drinking, they can go to our restaurant upstairs and bring drinks down to your event. Do you have a prep room for weddings? No, not yet.
